It is with sadness that we share that Jennifer Stephenson passed away this morning following a brief visit to the hospital.

Summer Bible Study
The Purpose of Prayer
Join the ladies this summer as we study "The Purpose of Prayer" through Precept ministries. This is Volume One of a three part series, that we will continue into the Fall on Wednesday nights. We will meet at Alyssa Day's house (102 Countryside Court, Newport) this summer for dinner and to discuss the homework on the following dates:

- July 23 Week 2
- August 6 Week 3
- August 20 Week 4

Beginner's Hand-Knit Blanket Workshop
Join us for a fun day of fellowship and creativity as we make a beautiful hand-knit blanket!
🗓 Saturday, June 20 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Conference Room 🍽 Lunch Included 💲25 per person (bring your own supplies)
Instructor: Nancy Piner
Supplies Needed: • 6 skeins of yarn
• Eternal Bliss from Hobby Lobby, or
• Bernat Blanket Big from Michael's • Pair of scissors • Lighter
The yarn can be a little pricey, so you may want to watch for sales before purchasing.
If you choose to shop on Amazon, be sure to purchase a size 7 yarn that recommends a 25mm crochet hook or knitting needles. You'll need enough yarn to total approximately 165–190 yards.
We look forward to spending time together creating, laughing, and enjoying good fellowship!

Vacation Bible School

During VBS this week (8:00 AM–12:30 PM), church facilities are reserved for VBS activities, and we kindly ask anyone who is not a volunteer or participant to visit after 1:00 PM.

Wear your church approved swim suit (tank two piece or one pieces) and a beach towel. We are headed to a community pool for an hour to swim, with a picnic dinner. We will then head back to the church for devotion, pick up will be 8:30pm
June 24th
No WNL due to Camp.
July 1st 5:30PM-8:30PM
Join us in the FLC for devotion and dinner followed by line dancing from 7:30-8:30PM with Sawyer Davis.
